Gefen tech is located in Israel, We ship worldwide with FEDEX, EMS or DHL .
Items are shipped within 1-3 days of payment receipt. However, most items ship within 1 business day .
All items are packed professionally with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes .
Please keep in mind that we are shipping your item from Israel, so shipping cost may seem a bit higher and please allow extra time for delivery. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you .

Returns & Replacements
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item simply return it to us! Guidelines for returns :
you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund .
Items must be in original condition. "AS-IS" Items that are offered for sale AS-IS are not eligible for returns
Refund will be for the sale price only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable .

Item condition by category
New
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
New other (see details)
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
Manufacturer refurbished
An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging.
Seller refurbished
An item that has been restored to working order by the eBay seller or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging .
Used
